Affiliate disclosure
Short version: Fan Tab may earn a commission when you buy something through some of our links, at no extra cost to you.
How Fan Tab makes money
Fan Tab is free to use. To keep it that way, some links to ticket marketplaces (such as SeatGeek and Vivid Seats), streaming services and team merchandise stores may be affiliate links. If you click one and buy something, the seller may pay Fan Tab a commission. You pay the same price either way. The commission comes out of the seller's share, never yours.
Some links may not be affiliate links yet, and buttons marked "PLACEHOLDER" definitely aren't. When a link becomes an affiliate link, this disclosure covers it. Links to official team ticket offices and to our news and data sources aren't affiliate links.
Our data is never for sale
- No pay-for-placement. No team, ticket seller or streaming service can pay to change a price, a ranking or where it appears on Fan Tab. Rankings are sorted by the sourced numbers and nothing else.
- Prices are sourced and dated. Every figure links to an official team page or a news report and shows an "as of" date. Prices change, so check the seller's site before you buy.
- No estimates. If we can't find a reliable number, we say "not published" instead of guessing. See how we count.
- Commissions don't decide what we cover. We cover every team and every major way to watch, whether or not there's an affiliate program behind it.
Where you'll see this disclosure
A short disclosure appears next to ticket links on every team page and at the bottom of every page, so you know before you click. This follows the U.S. Federal Trade Commission's guidance that affiliate relationships should be clear and easy to find.
